A 2024 Waikato/Bay of Plenty Architecture Awards winner, this striking workspace—designed by Chow:Hill Architects—occupies the third floor of the six-storey Building E at Union Square. Abundant natural light enhances the refined material palette, featuring brick slips, polished concrete flooring, brass finishes, reeded glass, and lush foliage, creating a bright and uplifting environment.

In collaboration with Chow:Hill, CALLA has thoughtfully integrated planting to complement these elements. Large planters provide visual separation in the open-plan workspace while serving as striking focal points. Shelf and hanging plants subtly frame different areas, adding a touch of lushness and softening the space with natural beauty.
